Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 – Apply for FLCC Counselor Posts
The Central Bank of India has announced recruitment for the post of Counselor FLCC (Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling) on a contract basis for the year 2024-25. The positions are available at Narmadapuram and Betul. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit
- Candidates should be less than 65 years with sound health.
2. Educational Qualification
- Essential: Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- Desirable: Candidates with rural development backgrounds (Agriculture Finance Officer, Rural Development Officer, Lead District Manager, Faculty of Training Centers) will be preferred.
3. Experience Required
- Retired bank officers (Scale II and above) from any Public Sector Bank/SBI/RRB.
- Minimum 20 years of service, with at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
- Should have worked as Branch Manager (minimum 3 years in a rural branch) or as an Agriculture Finance Officer (AFO) for 3 years.
- Must be well conversant with the local language.
Contract Terms & Salary
- Contract Period: 1 year (renewable based on performance).
- Salary:
- ₹25,000/- per month or last pay minus pension, whichever is lower.
- Additional ₹1,000/- per month for mobile and conveyance expenses.
- Leave: 15 days per year (maximum 2 days per month).
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.
- Final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
