The Assam Rifles has announced the Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2025 for Group B and C posts. The rally is tentatively scheduled from the third or fourth week of April 2025, with 215 vacancies available for eligible male and female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
The required qualifications vary for different posts. Some key requirements include:
- 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduation (depending on the trade).
- ITI Certificate required for technical trades.
- For Pharmacist, a Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy is required.
- For Radio Mechanic, a Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science is required.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (varies by post)
- Age relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Ex-Servicemen.

- Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Trade Test (Skill Test)
- Written Test (100 Marks)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
- Final Merit List

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Criteria
- For Male Candidates: 5 km run in 24 minutes
- For Female Candidates: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes 30 seconds
- For Ladakh Region Male Candidates: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes
- For Ladakh Region Female Candidates: 800m run in 5 minutes
